DESCRIPTION OF WEBSITE SERVICES OFFERED

The FounderBoard is a platform for building and managing investor relations for startups and companies. The site is managed by the FounderBoard team in partnership with respective clients (startups) and is offering secured access to people referred to FounderBoard by the clients.

REGISTRATION AND ACCESS TO THE SITE

To register and become a “member” of the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age to enter into and form a legally binding contract with the Client company. In addition, you must be in good standing and not an individual that has been previously barred from receiving FounderBoard’s Services under any court or legal order.

As a user of our Site, you agree to represent yourself accurately and truthfully at all times. You grant FounderBoard the right to independently verify any information that you post on the Site or provide to FounderBoard about yourself, including any information that you provide in order to make any purchases of services through the Site.
During the registration process, you will be given a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your password and account. You agree to use the information only on need to know basis and you shall not share the data with any third party without prior approval of the startup (Client of FounderBoard).
You agree to notify us immediately at our customer support address, info@FounderBoard.io, of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account or password. FounderBoard will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.
You shall not use anyone else’s account at any time, unless you have their permission and they are also a member of the same startup. And you shall not transfer, sell or otherwise grant access to your account to anyone.

Upon cancellation or termination of your access to password protected areas of the Site, FounderBoard reserves the right to deactivate your account and delete your user profile.

When you register, FounderBoard may collect information such as your name, e-mail address, birth date, gender, mailing address, occupation, industry and personal interests. You can request an edit, deletion or export of your account information at any time by emailing on info@founderboard.io. Once you register with FounderBoard and sign in to our Services, you are no longer anonymous to us.

Furthermore, the registering party hereby acknowledges, understands and agrees to:

1. furnish factual, correct, current and complete information with regards to yourself as may be requested by the data registration process, and
2. maintain and promptly update your registration and profile information in an effort to maintain accuracy and completeness at all times.
3. maintain accuracy and truthfulness of data and not to hold FounderBoard responsible for any misrepresentation or reporting issues.

If anyone knowingly provides any information of a false, untrue, inaccurate or incomplete nature, FounderBoard will have sufficient grounds and rights to suspend or terminate the member in violation of this aspect of the Agreement, and as such refuse any and all current or future use of FounderBoard Services, or any portion thereof.

It is FounderBoard ‘s priority to ensure the safety and privacy of all its users and members.

PRIVACY POLICY

Every member’s registration data and various other personal information are strictly protected by the FounderBoard Online Privacy Policy. As a member, you herein consent to the collection and use of the information provided, including the transfer of information.

DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Karnataka, India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

You are responsible for resolving disputes with other users. FounderBoard has no obligation with respect to disputes among users but may, in its sole discretion, intervene. You agree to promptly report any user misconduct to FounderBoard. You hereby release FounderBoard, its officers, employees, agents, predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, assigns and affiliates from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes, our Services or property or space made available through the Site.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND CONDUCT IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE

FounderBoard herein reserves the right to pre-screen, refuse and/or delete any content currently available through our Services. In addition, we reserve the right to remove and/or delete any such content that would violate the TOS or which would otherwise be considered offensive to other visitors, users and/or members.

FounderBoard herein reserves the right to access, preserve and/or disclose member account information and/or content if it is requested to do so by law or in good faith belief that any such action is deemed reasonably necessary for:

1. compliance with any legal process;
2. enforcement of the TOS;
3. responding to any claim that therein contained content is in violation of the rights of any third party;
4. responding to requests for customer service;
5. Or protecting the rights, property or the personal safety of FounderBoard, its visitors, users and members, including the general public.

FounderBoard herein reserves the right to include the use of security components that may permit digital information or material to be protected, and that such use of information and/or material is subject to usage guidelines and regulations established by FounderBoard or any other content providers supplying content services to FounderBoard. WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Any express waiver or failure to exercise promptly any right under these Terms of Use will not create a continuing waiver or any expectation of non-enforcement. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid by any law or regulation of any government, or by any court or arbitrator, the parties agree that such provision will be replaced with a new provision that accomplishes the original business purpose, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect.
